Cracking the code of world class aquaculture

Printed and online versions of SSPO's Code of Good Practice

Salmon farming is at the heart of Scottish food production and is one of Scotland’s most important rural industries

Salmon farmed in Scotland adheres to the world class standards laid out in the Code of Good Practice for Finfish Aquaculture. This code covers every aspect of the farming process and is referred to constantly by everyone within the sector. Other countries, where aquaculture is developing, are looking at the Scottish Code as a model for their own. As well as designing a variety of printed materials Jump have also created an online, responsive version of the Code, allowing quick and easy access no matter where the user happens to be (an 800 page folder can be a little cumbersome on a salmon farm pontoon in a heavy swell).
